Rent to own
Pay a down payment, then a fixed amount every month, and at the end you may buy the car. You get the right, not the obligation — the buy-out price is agreed on day one.

What documents do I need?
A passport, a driving licence and the deposit.
Not required: proof of income, credit history, Yellow Slip or bank statements!
How is this better than ordinary car rental?
Rental prices a day and gives you the car for a week. Here the car is assigned to you for months, everything is included, and a replacement arrives within a day. A month with us costs noticeably less than thirty days of daily rental.
What if I damage the car?
On FLEX everything is insured and your liability is limited to the excess. On SMART it depends on the package: with full cover it works like FLEX, without it repairs are on you. On OWN the car is insured through us or by you, with Getmancar as the beneficiary.
Can I buy the car out earlier?
Yes, on the OWN programme — at any moment, by settling the outstanding balance, with no penalties or fees. Early settlement suits us too, so we put no obstacles in the way.
Why is the bank cheaper?
A bank lends money and takes months to check you. We hand over a car with insurance, tax and servicing sorted, and answer within a day. That speed and accessibility is what you pay for.
Cars from Japan — is that fine?
It is the best fit for Cyprus: right-hand drive as here, Japanese build and maintenance quality, up to fifty thousand kilometres. Such cars are cheap to run and hold their price well.
Long-term car rental and leasing in Cyprus
Monthly car rental
If you have just arrived on the island and do not yet know whether you are staying, take the car by the month. Insurance, full cover, servicing and tyres are in one payment, the contract renews itself, and you can leave with two weeks notice.
Car leasing in Cyprus
When the term is clear and the car is needed for a year or longer, leasing is cheaper: the payment is flat for the whole term because we do not price in the risk of the car standing idle between clients. This is an operating lease — the car stays ours and you pay for using it.
Rent to own
For those who want the car to end up theirs, there is rent to own. You pay a down payment from 10% of the car price, a fixed amount every month, and at the end you may buy the car at a price fixed in the contract on the day of signing. We are not a bank and we do not lend: this is a rental with a purchase option, so no Cypriot credit history or proof of income is needed.
For those who have just arrived
The usual wall on the island is documents. A Yellow Slip is not issued on day one, a local bank account takes time, and credit history has to be earned. We look at your passport and licence, and answer the same day.
