Types of Carsharing

We have already familiarized ourselves with the models of carsharing, now let's look at the types of carsharing.
We have distinguished such types of carsharing:
- B2B
- B2C
- P2P
B2B carsharing
Most likely, a typical leasing or similar company will hide behind this concept. Nevertheless, common carshare operators often include such a service, offering their transportation for corporate clients.
There is no global difference in this type of shering, the only thing that can be distinguished are small subgroups:
- when the client is a company, here is classic leasing with or without the inclusion of various services
- when the client is the company's employees, and the legal entity in this case acts as a payer and guarantor.
The second model is the most typical and is used by most operators to attract corporate clients.
B2C carsharing
The most common model. One operator provides services to individuals. The car fleet can either be owned by the operator or leased, loaned, ...
Typical players: Delimobile (Russian Federation), ShareNow (Europe).
P2P carsharing
Considered the most promising model, it implies that some customers (car owners) rent cars to others (car users) through a carsharing platform.
Carsharing is a meeting place for these customers.
The brightest representatives are Turo (USA), GetAround (Europe).
Cars, as a rule, can not be opened through the application, and to start renting requires a meeting with the owner, or to fulfill the "quest", to find the keys that are hidden in the ... However, there is a practice of remote opening, already used in some cities in the above operators.
Cars, most often, do not belong to the operator of P2P carsharing.
