In order to use car sharing from Udrive, you must be at least 21 years old and have a UAE driver's license or an international driver's license. The website provides a list of driver's licenses that the company accepts.

If you choose car sharing, you will always be charged 5 dirhams (AED) at the start of the trip.

Parking Policy

The Company provides complimentary parking only in such areas.

1. for cars rented in Dubai -RTA Parking Zones A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, and L. (Zones I and J are excluded)
2. for cars rented in Abu Dhabi - Standard Mawaqif Public parking in Abu Dhabi and any unlimited free parking in Abu Dhabi.
3. for cars rented in Sharjah - Parking is permitted in free and municipality parking zones.

Booking

The site reports free car booking, although it does not specify for what period. At the start of the rental, a payment of 5 AED.

Insurance and Liability

The company will deduct 200 AED as a fine administration fee if you receive such a fine due to a traffic or parking violation.

Geography of use

The deductible is 4000 AED for damage to the car, if the driver is under 20 years old, then the deductible is 4000 AED + 20% of the cost of the damage.

If the car is completely destroyed, the deductible will be +4500 AED to the above deductible.
