If you’re coming to Batumi for a work project, a winter stay, or a long vacation, a monthly car rental works out cheaper than taxis and daily carsharing, and you don’t have to buy a car. You get your own car for 30 days or more, drive across Georgia on your own schedule, and the company takes care of maintenance.
At Getmancar, the pricing rule is simple: the longer you rent, the lower the daily rate. You can work out the cost of a month in advance (daily rate × number of days), and maintenance, roadside assistance, and support are already included in the price.
If you plan to stay longer, long term car hire over several months works on the same terms: the 15+ day rate applies, and you can extend your booking.
Trips outside Georgia are possible only to Yerevan, with a surcharge of 400 GEL (about $150).
Savings on Longer Rentals
For trips of 30 days or more, Getmancar’s Batumi fleet gives you three options for an affordable monthly car rental:
- Economical city hatchbacks (Honda Fit): the lowest monthly price, easy to park and to drive around town;
- Comfortable sedans (Hyundai Elantra, VW Jetta): more room inside, good for daily driving and highway trips;
- Family crossovers (Nissan Rogue, Ford Escape): suited to families, bulky luggage, and trips around Adjara.
The logic is simple: the longer the rental, the lower the daily rate. For the Hyundai Elantra, one day at the 1–3-day rate costs 120 GEL (Georgian lari), but only 90 GEL if you rent for 15 days or more. Over 30 days that is 30 × 120 = 3,600 GEL versus 30 × 90 = 2,700 GEL, a saving of 900 GEL, or 25%. To rent a car for a month at a good price, look at the total for the whole period rather than the price of the first few days.
Easy Booking for 30 Days or More
Here is the approximate cost of a 1 month car rental (30 days) at the 15+ day rate:
Cost of a 30-day rental by model
Model | 1–3 days, per day | 15+ days, per day | 30 days | Deposit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Honda Fit | 80 GEL | 70 GEL | 2,100 GEL | 200 GEL |
| Elantra / Jetta | 120 GEL | 90 GEL | 2,700 GEL | 300 GEL |
| Nissan Rogue / Ford Escape | 140 GEL | 110 GEL | 3,300 GEL | 400 GEL |
| VW Passat | 160 GEL | 120 GEL | 3,600 GEL | 400 GEL |
Prices are approximate: the exact total for your dates and model appears in the booking calculation. Monthly savings compared with the 1–3-day rate: 300 GEL for the Honda Fit, 900 GEL for the Elantra, Jetta, Nissan Rogue, and Ford Escape, and 1,200 GEL for the VW Passat.
Car hire per month at Getmancar includes:
- scheduled maintenance and seasonal tire changes, both included in the price;
- roadside assistance in case of a breakdown and 24/7 customer support;
- insurance: the cars are insured, and you can add extra coverage, including an option that lets you rent without a deposit;
- unlimited mileage on longer rentals.
Fuel is paid separately: return the car with the same fuel level it had at pickup.
Optional extras include a child seat, GPS navigation, a second driver, and snow chains. Some of them are paid, so check the prices before you book.
The deposit is refundable. Its size depends on the model and is shown in the table. It is returned after the rental ends, provided there is no damage and no breach of the rental agreement.
You can pay the deposit by card or in cash in lari.
You can rent a car on the website: choose your dates, model, and pickup location. You will need a passport and a valid driver’s license; drivers must be at least 21 and have two or more years of driving experience. Looking for monthly car rentals near me? Pick the car up at our office at 11 Melashvili Street or at Batumi Airport.
The rental agreement is signed in two copies: one stays with you, the other stays at the office. When you return the car, staff check its condition and fuel level. Need a car in the capital too? You can rent a car for a month in Tbilisi as well: just choose the city when you book.
Delivery within Batumi costs $10, airport delivery costs $20, and returning the car at a different location costs $10.
Extending Your Rental and Renting for More Than 30 Days
If 30 days isn’t enough, you can extend remotely, without changing cars or visiting the office, so it works like a month to month car rental. Message or call the manager, ideally at least 24 hours before the return date. They will check whether the car is free for the following dates and calculate the cost of the new period. If nobody else has booked the car, you simply keep driving it.
You can reach the manager by phone at +995 514-646-444 or on Telegram, Viber, and WhatsApp.
The rate depends on the length of the booking, so factor in the new term when you extend: the longer it is, the lower the daily rate.
