Car sharing appeared in Dubai in 2024, although apps started being released in 2022. The website positions itself as "car rental in Dubai" rather than car sharing. Nevertheless, it has all the attributes of car sharing:

Car Sharing Payment

Insurance and service fines
All vehicles are insured, and additional responsibility applies to drivers under 25 years old.

- fines for non-payment:
- failure to pay within 7 days - 250 AED + expenses
- disputed payments as fraud - 95 AED + 105 AED per transaction
- for parking:
- parking in a mall (underground parking), parking outside designated zones - 100 AED + administrative fee
- late payment of fines to government authorities (e.g., speeding fines) - 100 AED
- fees for leaving the car outside the designated zone in Dubai:
- if the car is less than 180 km from Dubai - 250 AED
- if the car is more than 180 km from Dubai - 750 AED
- battery damage - 100 AED + cost of the battery
- leaving car windows open or keys in the ignition - 100 AED
- fines for traffic violations:
- failure to submit a violation report within 24 hours - 500-1600 AED
- transferring control of the vehicle to third parties - 500 AED or +20% of the damage/claim amount
- total destruction of the car - 4000 AED
- vehicle usage:
- smoking in the car - 300 AED
- damage to the paintwork or interior - 750 AED + cost of repairs
- loss of keys or equipment in the car - 100 AED + cost of replacement
- returning the car with less than 20% fuel in the tank - 25 AED
